  The owner of this business buried my mother in someone else's family plot, and thought the appropriate response was to blame someone else. My family has to deal with this additional stress in our time of grief. And then, as a city official, he tried to further delay righting this wrong.

  Completely unprofessional the entire time. He was rude and negative. If I asked a question, he considered it a personal attack. He blessed me out over the phone about the location of my father's body at the hospital. He dropped us after we told him that we would not pay extra because he failed to call ahead to confirm that my father was ready for pick up. My mother and I were very stressed out after dealing with him. She had to pay a fee at her bank to stop payment on the check. He took weeks to return the check and has yet to return the docs with my dad's vital information on it.
  
  Don't do business with someone that has a chip on their shoulder and a bad attitude during the most trying time of your life. We found an organization in Ballwin that was very professional and sensitive to our needs. Would not recommend him to anyone and I filed a complaint with the governing board in Jefferson City. People like him should not be allowed to bully people that are grieving.

  My family lost a young man who passed very much before his time. He and his handicapped mother had very limited resources and Jeff came through with some excellent choices that allowed us to have a wake and cremation that we were able to afford. This would not have been possible without Jeff's kindness and compassion. We are forever grateful.

  Jeff Palmore coordinated my brothers cremation. He and his staff handled everything with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend Bell Funeral Services to help your family in time of need.
